Royal Mail Makes Postmark Bulletin Free For All

Royal Mail have announced that with immediate effect the printed Postmark Bulletin is free of
charge.  Existing subscribers will not be charged for renewal when their subscription expires.  As announced earlier, the Bulletin is now free available online.

    Interesting though, today I got the hard copy dated 4 March 2016 in the post yet the website has the 19th February as the latest bulletin to view. Geoff (GBCC)

      I've emailed a reminder to TH to get it added. Being a technical matter the handstamps editorial people aren't the ones who put it online.

    Just out of curiousity - are they pro-rata refunding people who are part way through a sub? Seems a little unfair if they aren't.
