Ink-jet postmark with / / separators has been reported from Bristol MC as far back as 02/12/2016. This is the earliest date I have seen.

2nd class P & G Machins with CL17S date confirmed at Stevenage (WHSmith). They are only in the first kiosk, Hibernating Animals in middle and CL16S in rear kiosk.
