Royal Mail need to produce/sponsor at least one First Day of Issue handstamp for Generic Smilers Sheets, they would almost certainly improve sales in return for the small cost of a special handstamp. As a First Day Cover producer I can sell at least twice as many cover sets if there is a decent relevant handstamp.

Usually there is a coin cover associated with these sheets but I have seen no mention of one for the Rooster? Does this exist?
