'Delivered by Royal Mail' now on franked mail
As forecast, the 'Delivered by Royal Mail' slogan is now being applied to mail items where postage is paid by a franking machine or postage meter.

I’ve had two, one from SE1 (22/2/13) & the other from Twickenham (4/3/13) on A5 size envelopes, but nothing on DL or A4 envelopes
