They may not be available to all collectors but adding Stampex doesn’t add anything, except one totally different variant from a NON-OPERATIONAL machine (ie not for operational postal purposes produced just for philatelists).Ian - Norvichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16436130277706268046noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-61379575088648114.post-5280536973116874472018-02-03T16:31:40.603+00:002018-02-03T16:31:40.603+00:00Hi Ian, I take your point but I don't really b...Hi Ian, I take your point but I don't really buy into the 'completeist' line. I would class myself as a longtime collector and would like to complete my collection. However, there are errors/specialised varieties etc that I've chosen not to collect, and there are others that I can't currently afford. But it would be nice to have the choice. When we go shopping elsewhere, no-one forces us to buy everything on offer, but it's nice to have the option where we can. I know this is an old argument but just to have material available for purchase is not necessarily milking the market. Stamp collecting is a choice, not a necessity.Trelantishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04537566448394951396noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-61379575088648114.post-75823959713399244872018-02-03T07:30:19.997+00:002018-02-03T07:30:19.997+00:00Damned if they do, damned if they don’t!

No commemorative inscription, whereas some would say that the islands - already producing far too many stamps and PG variations - carry on milking it.Ian - Norvichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16436130277706268046noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-61379575088648114.post-86476234636412497632018-02-02T23:19:44.949+00:002018-02-02T23:19:44.949+00:00Jersey, Guernsey & Gibraltar will all have P&a...Jersey, Guernsey & Gibraltar will all have P&G at Stampex, yet our own postal administration can't be bothered.
